Stainless Steel Leveling Casters

Stainless steel leveling casters are an excellent choice for machinery in environments which require a hygienic, sanitary machine leveling solution with a wheel. Our leveling casters with spindles use a completely sealed construction design, making them the only fully hygienic leveling casters available.

The design uses a sleeve to cover the threads on the spindle. The sleeve prevents overtightening, serves as a counter-nut and simplifies cleaning. Silicone seals are present on top and bottom of the sleeve as well as between the spindle and caster. The seals are colored blue and can be detected by scanning systems. Some of our leveling casters have a horizontal and vertical brake which can be used to fully lock the caster in place.
